The Kootenay ICE Hockey Club is a proud supporter of events and organizations through the Kootenays, Columbia Valley and the Elk Valley.

Kootenay ICE Donation Requests

Ø Organizations are limited to one request per hockey season.

Ø Requests must be received three to four weeks prior to event.

Ø The Donation Request Form must be filled out in full to be valid.

Ø All donation requests and items are at the discretion of the Kootenay ICE Hockey Club and are final.

Ø Due to high volume of requests we receive, telephone inquiries regarding donation status are discouraged.

Ø We will respond with a final decision concerning possible donations no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Ø Organizations approved for a donation will receive the “Donation Information Survey”. This form MUST be filled out and sent back in order to be considered for future donations.
